This does not exist yet. It is an early-access waitlist while we decide whether to build it. No product, no payment, no account, and it returns no results today. If you'd use it, tell us — that's the whole point of this page. We'd rather you know that up front than find out later.

The idea: before you commit to a brand or product name — or before your naming agent hands one back — you want the confusingly-similar live marks that could get a filing refused: not just the exact string, but phonetic, spelling, and prefix/suffix variants in the relevant class. A free USPTO search finds the exact words; the paid clearance tools ($169/report) find the similar ones. We'd make that an exact, fast MCP tool an agent calls directly — check_name_clearance(name, class) → ranked confusable live marks + serial numbers + status — so a naming agent can screen hundreds of candidate names in a loop, and a founder can knock out a doomed name before the ~$250–350 filing fee and 8+ months.

Indicative pricing, self-serve: free for a handful of checks a month, then from about $29/mo metered, or per-report for the full export. (For comparison, incumbents charge ~$40–$169 per report.)
